Art with Liquid Pearls - Challenge

So we have reached midweek and i really cant wait to get scrapping again.

Got so many ideas floating around in my mind ....

My post today is about trying something different - a challenge to myself.

I am not the crafty person that draws (wish I could) but I saw a photo of this
idea using Liquid Pearls and I was amazed by it.

So.... there it was - my challenge to myself to try it.

What is amazing about this is that it could be done on any medium. Can you imagine
doing this on mirror?

I tried this on a canvas, as it was my first attempt and i had to draw my own little
flowers.

I used White Gesso and Black Gesso and mixed the two for the right shade of Grey.
I used Liquid pearls (Ranger / Dovecraft) and acrylic paint for the flowers.

Crafters... The challenge is on - Find something you think is amazing and give it a GO!!

Try it out in your Art Journal

Make a big one or a Small one on Tile, Canvas or Mirror to start with.

It will open your mind to different techniques and what you are capable of.

Hello Happy Crafters

This is a quick pop in to share two Single #Layouts.

This is all about my "BOYS"  cos my  #Boysrule.
Used a bit of Paper layering here, stamping, embossing and wick yarn.

This is about #US

I saw a similar page - just cant remember where so credit to the person that designed the page that I used for ideas. I just loved the idea and had to create a #Layout , as this is a motto Hubby and I live by: This is all just paper - embellishments, layers, except the eyelets and gold twine.
