I had a little fun on friday night with a quick make I would love to share with you.
#1 Circles and Flowers Journal page:
These are the items I used to creat this page
Products used
Journal page - which I tore out and will stick back in when i'm done
Circle template (you can cut one out with a punch or die cut depending on the size)
Memento Tuxedo Black stamp pad (or any Black dye ink that is permanent when dries)
Silicone mould (or resin frame - I usually make a few with resin using this mould and keep a stash as it takes a few hours to dry)
Glue gun and stick ( to heat and fill the silicone mould - let cool and remove)
Lace cut offs
Metal die cuts - Flowers: Large petal / Thin petal - cut out about 2 of each size.
Spritzer bottle with water
Additional embellishments you want to add (little flowers, bird)
Metallic Bronze paint - Ayeeda Paint
Tear off of some board from a box to get the corrogated section

Method
Stamp the journal page with your Script stamp and black dye ink. Cover the whole page
make sure the ink is dry before the next step.
Draw circles using your template with the embossing pen. Use your copper embossing
powder to cover the circles and once dusted, heat emboss the copper.
Using your Lindy's Clam bake beige and a paint brush, paint the inside of the circles.
The embossed border should keep the ink inside the circle - Dry with heat gun.
Make your frame using the silicone mold and glue gun. Let it cool and remove it.
Now we make the flowers:
You will have two die cuts of each size of the flowers:
Big petal -
Layer the petals from large to small. Finishing with the small petals at the top. Put a brad
(splitpin) through the centre.
Sprits the top layer of petals with water and scrunch the petals up (over the brad)
Then spray the second layer of petals now visible and scrunch them up over the first layer.
Once all the layers are done, it will look like a little bud (like photo above - last one
on the right)
Small Petals -
Do the same as the above
Once they are nearly dry, open up the flowers. Do it layer by layer and gently.
Paint the frame and embellishments with black Gesso
Use the three Lindy's sprays to spray and colour your flowers
Use the My mojito green spray to colour the lace cut offs.
Using the White gesso, dab your finger in the gesso and wipe lightly over the edges of the petals
and the corrogated board.
Using the Black gesso, dab your finger in the gesso and wipe lightly over the edges of the petals.
Chalk the edges of the corrogated board with black ink.
Dab your finger with some Metallic Bronze paint and lightly dab it over the Black embellishments
to highlite some of the sections.
Arrange your flowers and embellishments on your journal page and glue them down.
Voila!
